A PE owned rapidly growing vegetation remediation company was struggling to effectively operate its lines of business due to disparate ERP systems it had inherited through an aggressive acquisition strategy. The internal team had determined that a new, centralized ERP solution was needed to drive efficiencies, create a single source of truth for financial data and optimize operations. The management team had prior experience with both Sage
and NetSuite but also wanted to test the market.
