CHALLENGE
IT Ally was engaged to perform full IT and Cybersecurity due diligence on behalf of our PE backed client, a leading infrastructure management solutions provider to mission critical industries such as utilities and construction. The company was anticipating much growth and given the nature of the business and their customers, they were looking for recommendations to scale/support the growth.
SOLUTION
As part of our thorough discovery process, we performed an evaluation of enterprise applications, only to discover many siloed applications running in the cloud, which were not robust enough to sustain anticipated growth, and required much manual intervention for reporting. It became evident that the company required an enterprise software platform that supported processes, end-to-end, that was scalable into the future.
