CHALLENGE
This client emerged from its startup phase with an assortment of systems (point solutions, home grown, Excel etc.) hastily patched together to manage enterprise processes including licensing
and billing. Attempts were made to consolidate and integrate using an unsupported version of Oracle and HFM. Our engagement scope was to capture and consolidate the business functions supported by these systems and execute an ERP selection process.
SOLUTION
We initiated a business transformation discovery phase to understand and simplify the internal landscape for all process areas, including Q2C, P2P, R&D etc. This allowed us to formulate an RFP and execute the ERP selection process. The process helped us to identify ideal ERP providers and manage the RFP process including demos, feedback and data driven analysis of vendors matched to metric supported requirements.
