CHALLENGE

A private equity backed provider of sustainable and resilient solutions to today’s pavement infrastructure problems and a leader in the asphalt recycling and soil stabilization industry needed to fill an interim IT leader position following the acquisition by its new owners.

SOLUTION

Leveraging the knowledge gained from the IT and Cybersecurity due diligence performed as part of the acquisition by the PE, we were able to define a sourcing strategy for the interim position and define the position description. This included identifying qualified candidates that were also open to contract to permanent positions at the company.

RESULTS

In less than 4 weeks, we identified several interim candidates for the company to consider following a rapid search that utilized our talent advisory services and network to identify, select and recruit potential candidates. The interim candidate was selected by the company leadership and after a 60 day period, was made an offer to convert to a full time employee.
