CHALLENGE
Designer and manufacturer of high-end, made-to-order, upholstered furniture sold through private label, retail, and hospitality channels. As a private equity backed, $350M Furniture Manufacturer with recent growth via acquisition, the company needed tighter integration between its operating companies, improved IT capabilities and a forward looking IT Operating model.
SOLUTION
Defined a prioritized multi-year roadmap to improve integration between operating companies and mature the IT and Cyber capabilities. We addressed key risks and weaknesses in their operating model and security/compliance capabilities, and reduced tech-debt associated with their legacy ERP system. Our plan included the integration of services, data, technology, personnel and processes across 3 disparate operating companies.
