CHALLENGE

This PE backed client is a provider of customized sealing solutions servicing many industries. They had recently acquired 2 like companies, while being in the throes of an ERP business requirements and vendor selection process that had reached stalemate. Additionally, they were experiencing pressure from ownership to standardize IT and cybersecurity operations and were lacking in a formalized governance, risk and compliance (GRC) program.

SOLUTION

An infrastructure and security gap analysis was conducted across all 3 organizations. From this, a detailed plan to consolidate the infrastructure and migrate to the PE firm recommended IT and cybersecurity services solution was developed and executed. A formalized GRC program was implemented and automated. The ERP business requirements were reviewed across the enterprise, and they standardized to a modernized solution already implemented at one of the acquired companies.
