CHALLENGE
This PE owned client performs tree and vegetation management services for these sectors: utility, industrial, government/DOT, commercial, and residential. The PE firm initially acquired two separate businesses with three locations and continued to grow by acquiring an additional seven companies, plus added a couple of company asset acquisitions along the way. The total number of sites, including the new corporate office is eighteen. They grew through acquisitions from a $40M business to over $200M in revenue.
SOLUTION
Our team performed the IT Due Diligence on five of the seven add-ons. We created the strategy and roadmap for establishing/migrating to CRM, ERP, Field Service Management (FSM) and Fleet Management, GPS Asset Tracking, Time and Attendance, Expense Reporting, Human Resource Management, and IT Managed Service and Security (MSP/MSSP) services providers.
