A privately held CPG company had underinvested in their core ERP and operations platforms, specifically regarding Warehouse operations and their WMS platform. As a result, they had embarked on a software selection and digital transformation journey with a leading Fortune-1000 consulting firm. Though the selection process was as comprehensive and exhaustive as one would expect, the client was uneasy with the results and felt as if their voices were not being heard, particularly with the final analysis and recommendations being made. IT Ally was asked to provide an independent and objective review of the process and partner recommendations.
SOLUTION
Rapidly assess the clients ERP/WMS replacement program, interview of stakeholders on critical requirements and business imperatives, in-depth review, and analysis of (incumbent partner) outputs and recommendations. Based on stakeholder input, create objective scoring & weighting criteria to lead client through an objective and unbiased review of the product recommendations.
