CHALLENGE

A deNovo financial institution was looking to create a scalable infrastructure in which to build their future operations upon. The infrastructure needed to be able to handle commercial and consumer loan servicing as well as integrate with their front-end CRM system for lead tracking.

SOLUTION

We led the RFP process for the FI with the major Fintech providers and helped select the proper platform that would be a good current fit but also scale with the growth of the institution. Post core implementation, we led the integration efforts to seamlessly create a lead to booking portal in which customer transition would properly flow, and reporting would be accurate.

RESULTS

FI was able to grow their institution through organic, and acquisition without having to change their core processes. Their current systems were able to allow them to be flexible and agile in the market and aggressively pursue growth without system limitations.
