A private equity backed, $350M Furniture Manufacturer with recent growth via acquisition requiring tighter integration between its operating companies. A broader span of control at the management level, tighter integration between its operating entities and requires its IT organization to mature its overall functional capabilities and strategic focus.
SOLUTION
IT Ally defined a prioritized multiyear roadmap to mature the IT and Cyber capabilities. We addressed key man risk and weakness in their operating model and their security and compliance related capabilities and manage and reduce Tech Debt associated with their legacy ERP system. Our plan included the integration of services, data, technology, personnel and processes across the 3 disparate operating companies.
