TRANSACTION ADVISORY CLIENT SUCCESS

CHALLENGE

This PE owned client provides sustainable and resilient solutions to today’s pavement infrastructure problems. They are a leader in the asphalt recycling and soil stabilization industry. The PE firm acquired three non-integrated businesses, added a fourth business, and completed two asset acquisitions.

SOLUTION

We completed the IT Due Diligence on the three non-integrated businesses and the add-on acquisition. We created the strategy and roadmap that included the consolidation of three ERP and disparate FSM/job scheduling systems, a common time and attendance solution and a comprehensive Cyber Security program.

RESULTS

We managed the selection of ERP and the time and attendance solution. We lead the consolidation to one MSP and provided oversight and guidance in establishing a common WAN with NGFWs and deployment of security tools. We stood up a formal Cyber Security and Government Risk and Compliance program. We also assisted in the selection and placement of their IT Director. This is a current engagement, and we are still involved in guiding roadmap initiatives.
