CHALLENGE

Our PE backed client needed to perform full IT and Cybersecurity due diligence on behalf of a leading infrastructure management solutions provider to mission critical industries such as utilities and construction. The company was anticipating much growth and given the nature of the business and their customers, they were looking for recommendations to scale/support the growth.

SOLUTION

As part of our thorough discovery process, we performed an evaluation of enterprise applications, only to discover many siloed applications running in the cloud, which were not robust enough to sustain anticipated growth, and required much manual intervention for reporting. It became evident that the company required an enterprise software platform that supported processes, end-to-end, that was scalable into the future.

RESULTS

At the conclusion of diligence, we recommended a detailed end-to-end business process review, which launched a detailed plan to evaluate, select and implement an enterprise solution to support ERP, CRM, HCM, and expense reimbursement. This overarching system would enable the efficiencies the business required to run in a high-volume growth environment. Additionally, it would become the foundation for BI and analytics so that valuable data and actionable insight would be readily available to help drive the business into the future.
